New residential and touristic sector to the west of the Tangier Bay anchored on the old cape Malabata lighthouse.
On the bay area by the sea shore the master plan proposes the creation of a new coast line settlement around a nautical and recreation port area including different residential neighborhoods landscaped and with a layout based on the existing topographical conditions.
The idea is to develop a new tourism destination next to the city. The distribution of different centralities mix-use and pedestrian oriented includes different building typologies allowing the creation of dynamic spaces, vital and functional in an authentic environment.
