The specific goals to be achieved are:
· Encourage compact development within the current urban fabric
· Allow the completion and closing of the urban fabric in this point promoting its addition to the general structure and including the land reserve to allocate the new city hall building.
· Regulate the compatibility conditions of the various land uses in order to assure quality of life and considering the building typologies to be admitted in the sector.
The layout of the residential areas is based on condominiums housing buildings distributed on the perimeter of the block. The facades are thought out following the alignment with the roads and include some cuts or discontinuities that will help provide a visual connection between the internal gardens and the public garden on the perimeter.
