· Approval of Modification of Partial Plan for block I
Modification of future layout and potential volumes without altering essential planning parameters for the block I in aligned building zones type 1 (EA1) and flexible building type 1 (EF1).
From the previously approved partial plan, minor building conditions and parameters have been adjusted without modifying density, maximum built floor space or conforming uses.
The modification responds to the need for a new commercial building in a separate entity from the rest of the floor space allocated to the residential uses and with a different volumetric approach.
