The main goals of the plan are to offer new development areas as an answer to the industrial and tertiary and logistic activities demand around the influence area of Lleida and related to the road A-2 corridor both in short and midterm, as well as to allow the donation of the general systems land for civic uses and green areas defined by the POUM Els Alamús.
As a general planning criteria and as a consequence of the principles contained within the framework of the bylaw amendments of POUM and in order to allow for flexibility when implanting the activities, the layout combines the traditional compact row warehouse typology aligned to the street with the more detached and form-based approach defining a footprint profile and allowing for flexible design within the limits and parameters.
