· Approval of a Modification of the general city plan
Transformation of the industrial land previously used by PRB company adjacent to INPACSA industrial lands.
According to current planning laws, the mechanism to manage this land use transformation and the renewal of the old factory area is the definition of an area subject to an Urban Renovation Plan (art. 68).
Because of the general city planning does not include such an area of transformation, a city plan modification is required. Therefore the present project defines the limits of the future plan and establishes the regulatory parameters for the new layout and determines the needed reserves for public land.
