The rehabilitation project includes some of the interior spaces of the first floor: kitchen, living and dining room, existing bath and old kitchen area. Suppression of some of the exiting divisions in order to generate a new bathroom. Tasks to improve the existing façade are included on the scope. The project and the works carried out suppose a first phase of the overall rehabilitation.
