Refurbishment project of a small multi-family building and adjacent public space, access and palimpsest treatment on General Prim street at Hospitalet de Llobregat. The existing building is in very bad condition but can be rehabilitated. Some of the recently attached buildings need to be demolished. The old construction has G+2 and is located in the middle of a built-up dense block interior. The commission intends to bring some spatial quality to the site and to create a new floor space reserve of social housing.
