Tasks developed:
Preliminary project for the façade replacement of an office building located at 191 Balmes street. Main goals:
- Update the new façade to mandatory CTE technical prescriptions and RITE standards
- Improve solar protection and energy efficiency in the façade and the building itself.
- Keep a holistic approach for all the façades that can be developed in stages
The project considers the external superposition of prefab façade modules introducing solar protection passive elements.
