Tasks developed:
· Collaborator on the building design phase The project aims to add a new G+ 1 big commercial space to the urban area within the administrative boundary between Barcelona and Hospitalet del Llobregat to the west of the city. The development is inscribed in the context of a new centrality area set to promote urban renovation in the area around the new Europa square and the new facilities from Fira de Barcelona. The retail center includes 180 shops, 24 coffee places and restaurants, Cinema complex (15 rooms providing 3.819 seats and 57.000 ft2) and parking area with 3.144 spaces.
