Transformation of the Torretes neighborhood at Perelló. It is an area where currently old residential buildings are coexisting with newer ones and for which the current general planning did not plan any tool or sector to organize the update and urban renovation.
These facts and the different levels of consolidation of the buildings has led to very poor urbanization conditions and to a total obsolete property structure. Present work finalizes the process of necessary planning adjustments to achieve the urban improvement and the desired development of the area and its integration to the urban fabric.
