The project includes a combination of different elements with the principle of a mixed zone that alternates natural with urban elements, integrated on the landscape.
Regarding the vegetation, the central part is planted with an open character using low maintenance native species reproducing the existing landscape unit (PEIN area) of the other side of the train tracks. This area covers the space between the current water accumulation and discharge area and the underground passage.
Similarly the proposal contains forest recreation areas on the two sides of the project area.
